NAPO Virtual Chapter Corporate Associate Membership Program

Joining the NAPO Virtual Chapter provides a business owner the opportunity to network, market and expand your own professional development within the organizing and productivity industry, and most importantly, help you grow your business.


  • Chapter Meetings – Attend our monthly chapter meetings.  Enjoy complimentary attendance at all NAPO Virtual Chapter meetings once you become a Corporate Associate Member. 
  • Spotlight Presentations – A dedicated time on the chapter meeting agenda in which you will be able to highlight your company and services for an “Corporate Associate Member Spotlight”. This is a chance to present your services and products to our members.  (minimum of once per year)
  • Volunteer Opportunities – Ability to hold a position on the Board of Directors with voting privileges, chair a committee, host a special event, sponsor the annual Conference Meet-up, and even speak to our membership about your industry at chapter meetings.
  • Book Club Discussions – Participate in our book club discussions and network with other members.
  • In Person Meet-Ups at Conference – Attend our annual Conference Meet-up and network with members and potential members.


  • Dedicated Corporate Associate Member Directory on Chapter Website – All Corporate Associate Members can create and customize their profiles on our NAPO Virtual Chapter website which is open to the public as well as visible to all members.  
  • Listing and Promotional Opportunities - You will be able to promote your business with your logo and link on our Corporate Associate Member Directory. You may also extend offers of professional discounts to NAPO Virtual Chapter members.
  • Logo – Besides reciprocal links to your website, you are entitled and encouraged to utilize the NAPO Virtual Chapter logo on your company website and marketing materials.
  • Monthly Newsletter and Website Spotlight – Your company and logo with a brief description will be featured in our monthly newsletter as well as on our homepage.  (minimum of once per year)
  • Social Media – Your company, logo, services and/or products will be featured on our social media channels. (minimum of once per year)


  • Programming – Attend informational programs at our monthly chapter meetings presented by professional speakers on business and organizing topics.
  • Library – Take advantage of the NAPO Virtual Chapter Library with extensive downloads on both organizing and business topics including seminars and keynotes from many of the NAPO National Annual Conferences.
  • Members Only Section – Access to Members Only Section of our NAPO Virtual Chapter website.

  • $225 annually plus a one-time $10 administrative fee
    Note: You must be a NAPO Corporate Associate Member to be a Corporate Associate Member of the NAPO Virtual Chapter.
