Kathy Paauw (pronounced POW!) started her business, Paauwerfully Organized, in 1995 as a Professional Organizer, became a Certified Coach in 1999, and by 2003 she was working as a Productivity Consultant and Certified Coach, almost entirely virtually. She works all over North America (and other English-speaking parts of the world) by connecting through phone or Skype, working primarily with self-employed and independent business professionals. Since 2005, Kathy has also mentored dozens of Professional Organizers who have expressed interest in learning how to work virtually. Kathy has combined her coaching and consulting services to provide organizing and management systems and processes, as well as support to clients who wish to change behaviors and habits that will honor their values and priorities. This combination of support helps her clients reach their personal and professional goals and enjoy greater peace-of-mind. Kathy has been married for 35 years and is the proud mom of a 30-year-old daughter. She lives with her husband and three dogs in the Seattle area. Kathy is also a trained singer and a world traveler. She loves the flexibility that virtual work provides for her, as her husband travels a lot for his work, and she is able to travel the world with him and do her work from the hotel room while he is working, then have free time to explore a new city when he is finished with his work.
