Many Professional Organizers work with clients and the results don't always work out the way we hope. Many clients have Chronic Disorganization issues and as a Professional Organizer learning to deal with CD issues, this presentation can help you build, grow and deepen your professional organizing business.  

Presentation Goals

Upon completion of "How many of our clients are Chronically Disorganized," the attendee will understand the definition of Chronic Disorganization, recognize the different types of CD, understand how to work with these types of clients and will have received updates in the world of chronic disorganization.

Speaker Bio

Vickie Dellaquila, CPO, CPO_CD is western Pennsylvania's first Certified Professional Organizer in Chronic Disorganization and owner of Organization Rules in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Organization Rules provides compassionate organizing services for every stage of your life since 2002. She specializes in working with those who are chronically disorganized, downsizing, aging in place, virtual organizing, and those who have hoarding tendencies. She has also presented in many places, including for the Japanese Life Organizers Association in Japan. She is a founding member of the Pittsburgh chapter of NAPO, National Association of Senior Move Managers and a member of the Institute of Challenging Disorganization, where she received many certifications. She has been the featured Professional Organizer on TLC's Hoarding: Buried Alive. Vickie is the current Education Director for ICD. She is the author of Don't Toss My Memories in The Trash: A Step-by-Step Guide to Helping Seniors Downsize, Organize, and Move. The book is now in its second edition and rated one of the top 100 best books on aging by Amazon. Vickie is married, has three grown daughters, and four grandchildren and counting.
