Are you curious about Virtual Organizing? NAPO member Ellia Harris will talk about: • Virtual Organizing – what it is and how it differs from onsite organizing • When Virtual Organizing works and when it doesn’t • What it takes to be a Virtual Organizer • Training resources for becoming a Virtual Organizer 

Presentation Goals

• Participants will have an increased understanding of Virtual Organizing (VO) as a service mode, how it differs from onsite organizing and the type of clients that could benefit from VO.

• If they have been considering adding VO as a service mode, this additional knowledge will help participants decide if VO is right for them.

• Participants will appreciate the benefits of being educated in VO before adding this service mode. 

Speaker Bio

Ellia Harris works with professionals stressed by their homes, brains, or projects. Ellia has a deep background in group training and executive coaching, helping businesses and nonprofits improve problem-solving, leadership and team-working. As a senior executive, she managed hundreds of fundraising and communication projects and helped her teams work more productively. Ellia is a member of NAPO’s Education Committee, Business Organizing & Productivity SIG, and Foresight 2030 Project.
