Productivity means producing the life you want at home or work. Being organized helps but it is not enough. We serve clients best by assessing all the knowledge, skills and abilities they need to perform with sustainably high effectiveness. In this call, you’ll learn the 12 factors that determine one’s personal productivity, how they interrelate, and the value of a holistic approach to productivity for your clients and for your business.

 

Presentation Goals:

After the session, attendees will be able to: (1) Identify the twelve factors that determine an individual’s personal productivity; (2) Understand how those factors interrelate; (3) Identify skills that apply to each factor; (4) Assess their clients’ productivity strengths and weaknesses; (5) Explain to their clients what being productive requires.

 

Speakers Bio:

Casey Moore helps busy professionals regain control of their work and lives through her book (The Productivity Chain: The Holistic Way to Spend Your Time on What Matters), workshops and coaching. She founded her firm in January 2000. Casey is a CPO, Certified Organizer Coach, Professional Certified Coach, and an instructor for Denslow Brown’s Coach Approach program. She is a former Education Chair for NAPO and served on NAPO's Board of Directors 2016-2019.
